In 2014 I, Heidrun Winter, launched my Pilates equipment studio and realized my idea of an optimal training space for demanding customers: professional Pilates’s training in a pleasant atmosphere.
Here you will encounter first-class, certified Pilates’s instructors. Our customers appreciate the very personal atmosphere of this studio or in private lessons that are clearly different from training in regular fitness studios.
Here, Pilates is so much more than pure mat training or reformer training in bigger settings.
